Slowly run the roller over your wrists, neck and chest. Before placing the lid back on, hold the open bottle under your nose and gently inhale the aroma using slow, deep breaths. Use whenever you feel the need to slow down, avoid burnout or are feeling run-down.

Lavender oil is known widely for it's ability to promote relaxation and a sense of calm. It can relieve stress, anxiety, and nervous tension. It is anti-bacterial, nourishing and soothing on the skin.

Frankincense oil is a woody, spicy scent often used for meditation. It is calming and comforting. It can help balance the skin, reduce blemishes and improve skin tone and elasticity.

Grape seed oil is high in omega-6 fatty acids (lineoleic acid) which helps increase and maintain hydration in the skin. It is also high in Vitamin E and antioxidants which help strengthen the skin against environmental damage. It is non-greasy and lightweight, and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky.
