1. Shipping Locations 

We currently deliver goods to states and territories in Australia using couriers such as Australia Post, but at the time of Website creation do not accept international orders through our Website.

2. Shipping rates & Expected Delivery Dates 

Shipping costs differ depending on the size and weight of the product and your location and exact shipping costs are calculated before the checkout. 

We do not guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you by the expected delivery date. 

We are not liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery beyond our reasonable control. 

To the full extent permitted by law, you release us and our employees, agents and subcontractors from any Liability arising from delivery of the goods after the expected delivery date. 

3. Processing times 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the goods are dispatched to you so that you may receive goods on or around the expected delivery date of your order. 

4. Tracking your order 

We will send you an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your order or shipping confirmation email after 1 week of placing your order, please contact us at hello@bythebe.com.au with your name and order number.
